CTP Plates Output :

Film production is an indispensable part of traditional offset printing. However, based on current printing technologies, the film is gradually being phased out and replaced with CTP (Computer-to-Plate).

We understand that offset printing will continue to improve with the rapid speed of technological development, and to fulfill the needs of customers toward excellence and perfection in quality, we have introduced the CTP system and CIP3 system. The plate is first produced by the computer through the CTP system and matches the ink controlling data output from CIP3 to achieve true automation from pre-printing, printing to post-printing. The calibration and color mixing are managed by the computer system to bring about accurate effects and accelerate the setting time, thus shortening production cycles and enhancing quality. This greatly increases speed and accuracy of printed products to provide customers with even more desirable printing services.

Blueprint Output :

Regardless whether it is the printing of flyers or periodicals and information containing several dozen pages, the page sequence layout has no room for errors. Hence, regardless of initial draft review or final preprinting review, the blueprint is an essential part of the process. Our company has specially set up output services for underside printing of blueprint, seeking to produce blueprint that are closely identical to the actual printed article. Preprinting Treatment :

Preprinting treatment is an important part for high standard printed products, which includes image treatment, color calibration, color management, layered printing and typesetting.
