Xerox digital printing machines have outstanding image quality and highest resolution that ensure color vibrancy and immaculate fonts with smooth gradient of details. The printing machines come with FOGRA, PANTONE R coloring system, PANTONE Goe TM and PANTONE Plus certifications and are absolutely reliable.

The cost of digital printing per page is relatively higher than that of traditional printing. However, there is no preprinting preparation required for films and plates as the computer outputs directly. The time needed for preprinting treatment is eliminated and the costs for films and plates are saved. Thus, it is used for printed products of relatively smaller quantities and printed products of relatively higher quantities will choose traditional offset printing.

The advantage of digital printing is that it can be individualized for printing (variable data printing), i.e. the using of large/small scale data to print documents. Each printed product can be uniquely printed for individual customers.

Personalized Services :

With design trends becoming more exquisite and personalized, the application of personalized printed products (variable data printing) has become extensive. It is used on a large scale for printed products such as table cards, public transportation permit, access ID, badge, invitation card and direct mail flyers. The printed products can be produced very quickly in bulk within the shortest period of time and be labeled with individualized labels such as names, individual portraits and serial codes. The products printed out are all distinctively unique.

Variable data printing is most frequently used in direct mail flyers, advertisements, invoices, explanatory note and printed products used in customer relationship management. Add a little more creativity to produce greeting cards, postcards, calendars, photo albums and drawings which are especially meaningful.   

Security Encryption :

With counterfeit goods flagrantly emerging in society today, we have adopted the micro printing technology equipped on Xerox digital printing machines to protect the interest of our customers.

The micro printing technology adopts today’s most cutting edge digital image replication technology. Its fundamental concept is to micro-print the image or fonts on the surface of the printed article and the images appear true to life again through the magnifying lens. This is used for anti-counterfeit purposes.

There is relatively less unit quantity for the microform technology of microform printing (abbreviated as micro-printing) that controls the font size to be under 0.2mm, and it is even far lesser unit quantity of the microform technology that controls the font size to under 0.1mm. Hence, the micro-printing technology being adopted that is under 0.2mm in font size is still relatively strong in anti-forgery capability. The customer needs to be clearly aware of the required font size at the point of printing.

Color Management :

The Xerox digital printing machines that we use have FOGRA, PANTONE R coloring system, PANTONE Goe TM and PANTONE Plus certifications.

In order to ensure the stability of the printing machines, besides the intrinsic qualities of the machine in itself, our operating personnel will regularly carry out maintenance and adjustments to the printing machines. Our professional operating personnel are extremely familiar with the printing machines and this allows the printing machines to be kept in optimum conditions. Secondly, the monitors need to be of high quality and color calibration is being carried out to achieve the perfect color printing effect.  

In addition, we are also equipped with the X-Rite Auto Scan Spectrophotometer system. The most precise spectral technology for measurement is adopted by this system and the actual tolerance between the preset color value and printed article is scanned within seconds. This reduces the errors from printing of many identical images in large quantities by the printing machines. Color precision is adjusted to save time and improve the quality of every printed article, bringing accurate colors to life before the eyes. This is our pursuit to achieve “What you See is What you Get” print quality.
